Q75: What should be done when using the battery?


01) read the battery manual carefully before use;


02) the contact parts of electric appliances and batteries should be cleaned, wiped with a wet cloth when necessary, and loaded according to the polarity mark after drying;

Q76: What is the difference between the various rechargeable batteries commonly used today?


Currently nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride, and li-ion rechargeable batteries are widely used in various portable electrical equipment (such as laptop computers, cameras and mobile phones). Each rechargeable battery has its own unique chemical properties. The main difference between nickel-cadmium and nickel-metal hydride batteries is that the energy density of nickel-metal hydride batteries is relatively high. Compared to the same type of battery, the ni-mh battery has twice the capacity of the nickel-cadmium cell. This means that, without adding extra weight to the electrical equipment, using ni-mh batteries can greatly extend the operation time of the equipment. Another advantage of nickel-metal hydride battery is; A greatly reduces the "memory effect" problem in the cadmium cell, thus making ni-mh batteries more convenient to use. Nickel-metal hydride cells are more environmentally friendly than nickel-cadmium cells because they contain no toxic heavy metal elements. Li-ion has also quickly become the standard power source for portable devices, which provide the same energy as nickel-metal hydride batteries but reduce weight by about 35 percent, which is crucial for power equipment like cameras and laptops. Li-ion's complete lack of "memory effect" and non-toxic advantages are also important factors in making it a standard power source.


Ni-mh batteries discharge efficiency at low temperature would be significantly lower, general charging efficiency decreases as the temperature rises, but when the temperature rises to more than 45 ℃, high temperature performance degradation of rechargeable battery materials, battery cycle life will also be greatly reduced.
