Charge 48V 60V 20AH Battery Use How Much Electric?

Electric vehicles are environmentally friendly and healthy, and they are one of the necessary means of transportation for everyone to travel. Generally, people charge electricity at night, and charge it overnight. Nobody has ever calculated how much power can be consumed on the electric car that night. So how many kilowatt-hours does it take to charge the batteries of an electric car at a time? Many people are silly and don't know.


First of all, because there are various brands of electric vehicles on the market, their battery capacity is also different. Battery capacity is divided into 48V and 60V. At present, the state has begun to re-standardize the battery capacity, so today we mainly calculate the 48V calculation method. Look at how many kilowatt-hours a full 48V family electric car needs.


We assume that when the 48V electric vehicle is fully charged, the charging time is usually 7 to 11 hours. The capacity of 48V battery is 20AH, then the battery can store electric energy: 48V*20A*1H=0.96 degrees.


Charger efficiency: General charger can be calculated according to 80% efficiency. 1.2 divided by 0.8 = 1.5 degrees, 1 degree is equal to 1000WH, then full charge needs about 1.09 degrees. Charging time is from 7 to 11 hours, that is, the electricity consumption per hour is 0.1 to 0.15 kilowatt-hour.

Our household electric cars are full of primary electricity, which usually consumes a little more of the primary electricity in the house. You can see how much electricity was once there.


No wonder, electric vehicles are energy-saving and environmentally friendly. It is worth emphasizing that, in general, when people charge, the battery is not fully discharged. It may also contain 10% to 30% of the electricity. In this way, it doesn't use much to fill up the electricity once, and it's probably less than one yuan.


To sum up, the electric vehicle charges more than one degree at a time, and many people may have been silly before, thinking that charging once will consume a lot of electricity. In fact, on average, we use electric cars for about 20 yuan, which is much more cost-effective than taking buses and sharing bicycles.
